Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date of the Invoice to request a return   Proof of Purchase must also be supplied.
Artform Tile Studio will only accept the return of undamaged goods if they are in full boxes, in saleable condition, and match Artform Tile Studio current shade of stock and are of the same Shade and Colour.  The customer will be given store credit for the purchase price of the goods less a 20% storage, administration and handling fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Freight charges for the return of Goods are the responsibility of the Purchaser and if not prepaid by the Purchaser will be deducted from the amount of credit.

Artform Tile Studio will not accept the return for any tiles that were sold by way of a special order, sale item, discounted stock or discontinued line.  Artform Tile Studio reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of any tiles by it which do not meet the above terms and conditions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

On receiving the goods the purchaser must check them for defects and breakages and notify Artform Tile Studio within 24 hours of receiving the goods. No returns will be accepted after this time or without the prior notification of Artform Tile Studio management.
